Introduction to HCC and 16S Microbial Analysis Workshop

The Bioinformatics Core Research Facility (BCRF) and the Holland Computing Center (HCC) are organizing a joint introductory workshop to HCC resources and 16S Microbial Analysis. These lessons are tailored for beginners and require no previous experience, but some introductionary knowledge in R is preferred. There are many good online tutorials for learning basic R, including the one provided by Software Carpentry.

When: April 14th, 17th and 19th 2023 from noon to 5:00 pm CST.
