Request AlphaFold3 Access

Info Please complete the form below and agree with the Use Policies in order to request access to AlphaFold 3 on HCC Swan.
AlphaFold 3 AlphaFold is AI model developed by Google DeepMind used to generate structure predictions of complexes such as proteins, nucleic acids, ligands. AlphaFold 3 is substantially updated and improved model capable of predicting the joint structure of biomolecules with high accuracy.

AlphaFold 3 requires multiple reference datasets for inference, as well as trained model parameters. These datasets are free for download and are already hosted on HCC Swan.

The AlphaFold 3 model parameters, while free, require a binding license agreement. The University of Nebraska has signed this agreement in order to provide the AlphaFold 3 model parameters to NU users using HCC's Swan. Failure to comply with these terms, such as using these models for commercial activities or sharing and using them outside HCC Swan, is strictly prohibited and may result in potential HCC account suspension and/or legal consequences.

The AlphaFold 3 model parameters are hosted on HCC Swan and you shouldn't download them yourself. To request access to AlphaFold 3 and the models, please check the access requirements and complete and submit the form below.
