HCC Kickstart is a series of lessons that will give new users a hands-on introduction to accessing and using the high performance computing (HPC) resources provided by the Holland Computing Center (HCC). These lessons are tailored for beginners and require no previous experience.
When: September 4th, 10:00 am to 4:30 pm @ UNLincoln September 12th, 10:00 am to 4:30 pm @ UNOmaha
Cost: FREE!!!
These sessions will be delivered in-person. If you would like to attend the HCC Kickstart at either location, but are unable to attend in-person, please contact hcc-support@unl.edu.
- Lincoln (Sept. 4th): UNL East Campus Union - Arbor Suite
- Omaha (Sept. 12th): UNO Milo Bail Student Center - 306 Council Room
Lights snacks and beverages will be provided in both locations. Lunch is NOT provided.
Attendees will need a computer capable of an SSH connection as this workshop will feature plenty of hands-on practice.
